Brooke Colburn joined SEAS in Fall 2024. With over 15 years of industry experience, she brings a deep background in engineering management to the classroom. Her career spans cutting-edge projects, from developing Mars sample retrieval technology at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, to advancing hypersonic systems at a Spokane-based startup, to managing software testing teams for self-driving cars at Cruise in Silicon Valley.
